Mahmoud Antar
Senior Vice President and Corporate, Syndications and Investment Banking Division Head at Mashreq, with over 25 years of banking leadership in structured finance, corporate banking and syndicated loans. Mahmoud leads corporate banking teams covering more than 200 corporate relationships, and has trained and mentored more than 2,500 bankers over 15 years through the Egyptian Banking Institute, AUC, ESLSCA University, Arab Academy, ENSAT, Beacon FinTrain and Xplore. He is the founder of Leverage and a trusted executive trainer in corporate banking, credit and leadership development.

Ahmed Mostafa Kamel
Head of SMEs Credit Center at QNB Alahli with 20 years of experience in the banking sector, including time at NSGB, and four years as an accountant in a petroleum company. Ahmed holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, and is a certified instructor from the New York Institute and Frankfurt School of Finance. He trains bank staff through the Egyptian Banking Institute on financial statement and ratios analysis, cash flow, facility structure, credit risk and lending rationale, as well as SMEs certificates and relationship management.
Amira Ibrahim
Economics Lecturer and Certified Trainer with over 20 years of experience in executive education, banking training and curriculum design. Amira holds a BA in Economics with High Honors from Cairo University and an MPA with honors from AUC, and is a Certified Trainer at the New York Institute of Finance. She leads the Economics and Industry Analysis and Credit Risk modules at the Egyptian Banking Institute, and has designed programs for leading institutions including CIB, Bank Misr, the National Bank of Egypt, Al Ahli United Bank, FAB, AAIB and AUC Executive Education.
Dr. Hossam El-Mansy
Large Corporate and Syndicated Loans General Manager at the National Bank of Egypt with more than 25 years in banking, progressing from Credit Analyst to Deputy General Manager managing a portfolio of VIP clients. Dr. Hossam holds two PhDs from Suez Canal University and certificates from AUC, JP Morgan Chase (London) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. He trains on finance and banking at the Egyptian Banking Institute, the Arab Academy, Omani Securities Association and other institutions, covering financial statement analysis, syndicated loans, corporate credit, IAS and IFRS.
Dr. Mohamed Samir Gaafar
Credit Manager at Arab Bank Egypt with over 20 years of experience in credit, accounting and finance, and a part-time professor at the Egyptian Banking Institute and the American University in Cairo. Dr. Mohamed holds a Doctorate of Business Administration and is a CMA and an internationally accredited trainer certified by the Egyptian Banking Institute. He delivers training on IFRS, accounting and financial analysis, budgeting and planning, finance for non-financials and cash flow management for banks including Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, Barclays and Qatar Islamic Bank.
Dr. Mohamed Elhosary
Enterprise Risk Management Head (SVP) at ADIB Egypt with more than 25 years of training experience and 20 years in banking across operations, finance, credit, operational and enterprise risk. Dr. Mohamed holds an MBA, DBA and CMA, and combines quantitative and qualitative techniques with strong methodological frameworks for credit, market and operational risk. He trains on accounting, operational risk, Basel II, financial statement analysis, enterprise risk management and strategic management at the Egyptian Banking Institute, ESLSCA University and the Arab Academy.
Mina Wagih
Sector Head of Corporate Credit Risk at the Commercial International Bank of Egypt with more than 21 years in banking and 16 years in training. Mina manages the full loan disbursement cycle including non-performing exposure, serves on the credit committee approving credit across industries, and holds an MBA from ESLSCA Business School, an FRM (Part 1) from GARP and a J.P. Morgan corporate finance and credit certificate. He has trained credit programs, the SME Academy and financial modeling for more than 15 years at CIB, AUC, ESLSCA, Beacon FinTrain and the Egyptian Banking Institute.
